I have noticed quite a few Facebook pages sharing their crafting spaces with their fans and I have to say there are some very savvy crafters out there utilizing space wherever they can.
We don’t have a lot of space in our house so I thought I would share my storage containers with you. Like most small businesses we also don’t have a lot of money so I have used whatever I could find to store all my bits and bobs, this includes plastic food containers, jam jars, Douwe Egberts coffee jars, baby food jars etc and one even has a face on it, (this used to house marshmallows), these are all housed on a bookshelf in our living room. All the stock that I have made up are in plastic food containers in a canvas butterfly bag and display stuff for fairs is in a suitcase upstairs!! I wonder how many fellow crafters out there use similar containers and how many buy purpose built boxes? personally I like my up cycle approach and even when we are making enough to afford to replace them I probably wont 🙂
